Norwalk Furniture

Those iconic pack animals of the Andes, and poor relations to the more fashionable Alpaca, really had their day in the fabric design world’s consciousness. Why llamas you ask—in fact the answer is fairly simple. As designers scour the world for pattern inspiration, the rich archives of Lima’s many Inca focused textile museums provide rich illumination. Coupled with Peru’s vast high-quality cotton fields, designers are increasingly finding fresh pattern and texture resources in this South American powerhouse. For our Spring 2018 collections, Norwalk features a number of these richly textured and patterned fabrics, as well as a friend llama or two! Click here to view the Llama Drama virtual showroom
